1. Respect for rights
OCTO IPTV Services respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to do the same. This page describes how a rights holder or authorised agent can submit a sufficiently detailed infringement notice.
2. Required notice information
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its precise location, provide the claimant’s name and contact details, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, state that the information is accurate and include a physical or electronic signature. If DMCA law applies, include the statements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
3. Submission
Send the notice to support@octoiptv.store with the subject “Copyright Notice”. Incomplete notices may delay review. Knowingly false claims may create liability.
4. Review and response
We may request clarification, restrict identified material where technically possible, notify the affected customer, preserve relevant records and take action required by applicable law. Repeat or serious infringement may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Counter-notices
If material was removed or restricted by mistake, the affected party may submit a counter-notice containing the information and statements required by applicable law. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties or service providers.
6. No legal advice
This policy is procedural information and not legal advice. Rights holders and customers should obtain independent advice where necessary.
7. Records, repeat notices and privacy
Notices, supporting material, correspondence and resulting actions may be retained for a reasonable period to document the review and meet legal, fraud-prevention or service-provider requirements. Personal information supplied in a notice should be limited to what is necessary for the claim. Where required, relevant notice details may be shared with the affected customer, hosting provider, payment provider, legal adviser or competent authority. Repeated notices are assessed individually and do not replace the need for accurate identification of each work and location.
