1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to octoiptv.store and services supplied by OCTO IPTV Services. By ordering or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter a contract and accept these Terms.
2. Service and availability
Service features, compatible devices, connection limits and subscription periods are described on the relevant plan page. Availability and quality can vary with location, internet service, device, player and maintenance. We may make reasonable technical changes required for security, reliability or compatibility.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. A plan may be used only for the number of simultaneous connections purchased. Credentials may not be resold or publicly shared unless you hold an authorised reseller plan.
4. Lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any service, app and content is lawful in your country and that you have the necessary rights or permissions. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, attack systems, distribute malware or interfere with other customers.
5. Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, payment-provider fees or currency conversion may apply. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and activation is issued. We may reject or cancel fraudulent, abusive or technically impossible orders.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the customer portal. You may request cancellation through the portal or support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund; the Refund Policy applies.
7. Third-party apps and links
Compatible players and payment processors may be operated by third parties under their own terms. OCTO IPTV Services is not responsible for third-party software, stores, networks or external websites.
8. Limitation
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or failures caused by the customer’s network, device, third-party app or events outside reasonable control. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised date. Material changes will apply from publication or renewal, as permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@octoiptv.store.
